Tooth root resection
Root tip resection is a surgical treatment for persistent inflammation at the root of a tooth. The affected part of the root and the inflamed tissue are removed to save the tooth when conventional endodontic treatment is not sufficient or cannot be repeated.
Stages of work
RECOMMENDATIONS
- For swelling, apply a cold compress externally at short intervals.
- Clean the surgical site gently and do not irritate the wound.
- Take prescribed medications exactly as directed by your doctor.
- Come for your scheduled check-up even if the symptoms subside.
