Please note that the price list is determined by the managing directors of RAJ-DENT s.r.o., not by its employees. Two prices may be listed for each treatment: The first price – direct payment: the full price of the treatment paid entirely by the patient. The second price – co-payment with health insurance: the amount paid by the patient when part of the treatment cost is covered by their health insurance company. The amount of the co-payment may vary depending on the specific treatment, the health insurance company and the extent of the patient’s insurance coverage. Note*: A fee of €50 will be charged for a missed appointment or cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled treatment. Discounts may be available for all items in the price list.
